What is the minimum order? (MOQ)
No. We build single pieces and production runs up to 10,000 units. One 16 foot inflatable for an event or thousands of pool floats for a campaign, same line, same standard.
Can you handle rush deadlines?
Yes. Rush production and shipping are part of how we work, not an exception. Tell us the date and we build the timeline backwards from it.
How much does a custom inflatable cost?
Every project is quoted individually based on size, complexity and quantity. Send us your idea and you'll have a quote within 24 hours, no obligation.
Can I see my design before production starts?
Yes, always. You approve a photorealistic 3D render before production begins. What arrives is what you approved.
How long does production take?
Most projects go from approved design to delivery in 3 to 5 weeks. If your date is sooner, tell us. Timelines are built around the event, not the other way around.
Can inflatables be used outdoors?
Yes. Our builds are engineered for real conditions: wind, water, sun and repeated use. Indoor, outdoor, floating or flying, tell us where it's going and we build for it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after production is complete.
