Production

Every Floatie Kings piece is made to order. Production time depends on size, complexity, and current order volume. Your Order Confirmation email will include your specific estimated timeline.

 

Shipping

Shipping method depends on the size of your order. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, DHL, USPS). Larger or oversized pieces ship via freight. You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves production.

 

Tracking

Tracking updates can lag behind actual transit, especially for freight shipments. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, that's normal — it doesn't mean your order has stalled.

 

Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, misdelivered, or lost in transit, contact us as soon as you notice. We investigate every case individually with the carrier and follow up with next steps — we don't apply a one-size-fits-all policy here, because the right resolution depends on what happened.
