Warranty Coverage:
Floatie Kings warrants that all our inflatable products ("Product") will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
What is Covered:
- Material defects and workmanship issues encountered under normal usage, following proper care and maintenance guidelines.
- Air leakage not caused by puncture or tear.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage due to improper storage, maintenance, or handling.
- Cosmetic issues such as fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements.
Claim Process:
- To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Floatie Kings' Customer Service within the Warranty Period, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description / photos / videos of the issue.
- Floatie Kings reserves the right to inspect the Product (which may involve returning the Product to us) to determine if the warranty applies.
- If a defect is confirmed, Floatie Kings will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product, or offer an equivalent product if the original Product is discontinued.
Limitations:
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
- Floatie Kings shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product.
- The warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Retain proof of purchase.
- Follow all care and maintenance instructions for the Product.
