Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. While we handle bulk retail orders, our studio specializes in bespoke, single-unit installations for activations. Whether you need one 30ft centerpiece or 500 retail displays, the engineering standard remains the same.
How long does production take?
Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and quantity. For larger or more complex installations, we'll give you an exact timeline during scoping.
Can I see a 3D mockup before production?
Yes. Every project includes a free 3D render for your approval before we begin manufacturing. You sign off on every curve, color, and detail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We've delivered to over 50 countries. Shipping cost and timeline are calculated per project based on size and destination.
Our policies
What is your refund policy?
Because every piece is custom-built to your spec, all sales are final once production has started. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved 3D render, we make it right at no cost.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipping. We accept bank transfer and credit card.
Do you offer warranties?
Every build includes a 12-month workmanship warranty covering seams, valves, and printed surfaces under normal use.

What materials do you use?
We use commercial-grade PVC, TPU, and reinforced nylon depending on the build. All materials are tested for outdoor use and color fastness.
Can you handle indoor and outdoor installations?
Yes. We engineer for the environment — UV-resistant materials and anchor systems for outdoor, fire-rated materials for indoor activations.
Do you offer rentals?
For specific event activations we can arrange short-term rental of stock pieces. For brand-specific custom builds, we recommend purchase so the asset is yours to reuse.
Who do you typically work with?
Brands, agencies, event producers, and retailers. Past clients include Nike, Disney, and YouTube — but we treat a single retail display with the same standard as a 30ft hero piece.
