Yes. A standard inflatable exercise ball will usually have a weight limit of about 300 pounds, but this depends on several factors, including the size of the ball. Speak with our design team about your unique requirements to be sure you get the right size and weight limit.
HOW DO I PROPERLY INFLATE MY INFLATABLE YOGA BALL?
A simple air pump will do the trick! Insert the nozzle, pump it up, and close the seal. Be sure there is enough air to have a good bounce without trying to overfill it. You should be able to fill it with a hand or foot pump.
